We are pleased to announce the installation of a new cloud-based telephone system, part of our ongoing efforts to enhance patient access to our GP surgery. By leveraging advanced cloud telephony technology, we aim to improve communication between our practice and patients.

Our new telephone solution is designed to offer improved service and convenience for our patients. One of the standout features is the Call-Back Service. Here’s how it works:

  • Call-Back Feature: Depending on your position in the queue, you will now have the option to request a call-back from the practice. This allows you to carry on with your day or rest if you’re unwell, without the frustration of staying on hold. Most importantly, you won’t lose your place in the queue. When it’s your turn, our reception team will automatically call you back.

This feature is fully automated, requiring no additional input from our reception team, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for everyone.

Please note:  The call-back function will fail if you are calling from a withheld number
